The value for money at this hotel was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly cozy. The location was also fantastic, conveniently close to Av Paulista. But what really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to help me when I had a toothache, assisting me in finding a hospital and even locating the medicine I needed. Their kindness and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable.

During my recent stay at Intercontinental, I was delighted by the breathtaking views from my higher floor room. The location in Jardim Paulista was perfect, allowing me to easily visit the MASP museum. Despite the bustling city, the hotel's security measures made me feel safe and secure. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day, and I especially appreciated the gym on the lower floor to help me unwind. The concierge was professional and helpful in recommending great restaurants nearby.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a blast! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel had a delicious breakfast spread and a well-equipped gym. It was a great way to start the day and stay in shape during my stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects that dampened my experience. the cleanliness of the rooms was below par.

Well-appointed rooms provided with a shower, a king bed and balconies. Extensive and the best options at breakfast. Early check in and late check out.

The room I got had a really comfy bed, a big TV with lots of channels, AC, and a safe for my stuff. the vibe here was fancy and cool at the same time. 🌟

The restaurant on-site exceeded my expectations, serving delicious food such as picanha steak and risotto, which paired perfectly with the Brazilian red wine. The staff at the restaurant were polite and friendly, reflecting the true Brazilian hospitality. I enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental and would highly recommend it.
