The value for money at this hotel was great. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was incredibly cozy. The location was also fantastic, conveniently close to Av Paulista. But what really stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to help me when I had a toothache, assisting me in finding a hospital and even locating the medicine I needed. Their kindness and helpfulness made my stay truly memorable.
Breakfast delights could have been better with more variety.

During my recent stay at Intercontinental, I was delighted by the breathtaking views from my higher floor room. The location in Jardim Paulista was perfect, allowing me to easily visit the MASP museum. Despite the bustling city, the hotel's security measures made me feel safe and secure. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day, and I especially appreciated the gym on the lower floor to help me unwind. The concierge was professional and helpful in recommending great restaurants nearby.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a blast! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. I particularly loved the fact that the hotel had a delicious breakfast spread and a well-equipped gym. It was a great way to start the day and stay in shape during my stay.
There were a couple of negative aspects that dampened my experience. the cleanliness of the rooms was below par.

Spent an amazing Christmas here! Loved the complementary welcome drink and festive decorations. The hotel is located in a great area, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated and in need of some maintenance. Also, the breakfast could have had a bit more variety.

During my stay at the Intercontinental in Sao Paulo, I experienced exceptional hospitality and a well-maintained property. The check-in process, although a bit slow, was friendly and recognized my IHG membership. The hotel's location, just one block away from the main avenue, Paulista, provided convenience without the noise and traffic. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, along with ample countertop space. The restaurant on-site exceeded my expectations, serving delicious food such as picanha steak and risotto, which paired perfectly with the Brazilian red wine. The staff at the restaurant were polite and friendly, reflecting the true Brazilian hospitality. I enjoyed my stay at the Intercontinental and would highly recommend it.
Although my stay was enjoyable, there were a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast selection and seasoning could use some attention, as I found the Japanese section to be overly salty and the traditional Western/continental options to be limited.

The hotel is well-located, just a block away from the main avenue and close to the residential area, creating a safe and exclusive atmosphere. The rooms are spacious with a beautiful warm decor and offer great amenities like a bathtub and ample countertop space in the bathroom. The staff is well-trained, providing excellent service and treating guests like valued family members. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the hotel also offers a spacious gym with personal trainers on duty during the day.
The service staff at breakfast can sometimes be inattentive, making it challenging to get a cup of coffee.

Luxurious amenities and location Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and high, end services made me feel pampered and well taken care of. the perfect location allowed me to explore the surrounding areas and enjoy the best the city has to offer. the restaurant provided a tasty buffet breakfast with special diet menus available. the swimming pool with sun loungers was perfect to relax and enjoy the warm weather.
In, room breakfast not available the only minor issue I encountered was that in, room breakfast was not available during my stay. However, the restaurant and bar areas were great alternatives to enjoy a tasty meal or a delicious drink.
